As Vice President of Marketing at Carlsberg Poland, I launched the Harnaś and Karmi brands.
At Leaf Poland, I created the AHA sesame snacks and Chałwa Królewska brands. I have also worked with Tchibo, BOLS, SMG, Reckitt Benckiser, and Selena Group, where I served as Global Director of the Adhesives and Sealants Division.
Since 2005, I have been supporting FMCG and B2B companies as a strategic marketing consultant.
In 2018, commissioned by PARP, I developed a global brand strategy for the Polish furniture industry.
In 2021–2022, I spent 10 months in the United States and Brazil, developing growth strategies for local subsidiaries of Selena Group.
For over 20 years, I have been teaching marketing through my proprietary Akademia Marki program and within MBA programs.
I am the first Polish Executive MBA lecturer at the Warsaw University of Technology Business School to be awarded the title “The Highest Ranked Professor.”
